The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution, and the ability to guide, train, and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve business objectives

Description

  • Oversee sales planning and execution across Cambodia

  • Guide, train, and develop sales teams to achieve company targets

  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure alignment with marketing

  • Develop sales monitoring tools, commission, and incentive structures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in pharmaceutical sales & distribution

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Local Cambodian, fluent English speaker
