The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution, and the ability to guide, train, and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve business objectives

Description
Oversee sales planning and execution across Cambodia
Guide, train, and develop sales teams to achieve company targets
Manage key customer relationships and ensure alignment with marketing
Develop sales monitoring tools, commission, and incentive structures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in pharmaceutical sales & distribution
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Local Cambodian, fluent English speaker
