Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets

  • Prepare sales forecasts and support inventory planning

  • Manage, strengthen, and expand the dealer and retailer network across key agricultural areas

  • Identify new business opportunities and product lines to support long-term growth

  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to guide product positioning and pricing strategies

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, field demonstrations, and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant sales and distribution experience in agriculture industry (vegetable seed experience is a strong advantage)

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role

  • Willingness to travel frequently nationwide
