Ensure that BU, client and customer KPIs & SLAs are understood, measured, and communicated Leading role to drive continued excellence in 3PL/4PL operations and commercial strategy, leveraging upon solid industry experience and networks in this area Execute SCM strategy for Cambodia, ensuring alignment with the DKSH corporate SCM strategy by translating the strategy into a deliverable and actionable road map Undertake strategic and operational planning in collaboration with functional direct reporting line with updates to all stakeholders Guide and support SCM development to achieve goals, remove blockages to progress.
